Train With Ash Group Terms & Conditions

• After the initial 12 week term (above), you may continue on a month-by-month agreement for $100 for each 4-week block (if you choose).
• You may opt-out at any time without penalty or charge (after the initial 12-week term only) by emailing Hello@ashlane.com.au.
• For the avoidance of any doubt, you are agreeing to a 12-week initial minimum term with a total cost of $300. After the initial term, you may opt-out with no charge or penalty, or you may continue on a monthly agreement for $100 per 4-week block, with the option to opt-out at any time.
• You agree to maintain good and proper behaviour during your enrolment and understand that your enrolment could be suspended or cancelled should you breach the rules and protocols, use inappropriate behaviour, or endanger myself or others.
• The initial 12 week term is a NON-REFUNDABLE coaching service, without any refunds or cancellations.

Train With Ash Premium Terms & Conditions

By joining the Train With Ash Premium coaching program, you agree that you are committing to a 12 week program with a total cost of $1320 (AUD), which may be paid upfront in full or paid in 12 x $110 installments every week.

• After the initial 12 week term (above), you may re-apply for another 12 week term of coaching, for the same total cost of $1320 AUD
• For the avoidance of any doubt, you are agreeing to a 12-week initial minimum term with a total cost of $1320. After the initial term, you may opt-out with no charge or penalty, or you may request to continue coaching which will be approved on a case by case basis.
• You agree to maintain good and proper behaviour during your enrolment and understand that your enrolment could be suspended or cancelled should you breach the rules and protocols, use inappropriate behaviour, or endanger myself or others.
• The initial 12 week term is a NON-REFUNDABLE coaching service, without any refunds or cancellations.
